Ha! Thats just whats always worked best for me, nothing fancy.
Kinda stuck on my bench presses so I lowered the weight a bit and making a fresh run at it.
bench press 135x10,185x6,225x4,245x7,250x7,255x6
Felt awesome, blew right up. Moved my grip in a bit also.
Incline barbell 225x7,235x5
incline dumbbell 120x6
lying tricepts extension 70x10,90x6,125x7
pushdowns 85x6,115x7,6
single dumbbell two hand extension, seated 90x7,6
Felt great, best chest and tri workout in a while.

Got a late start today, had to take care of some things. Kinda tired but had a good workout.

Broke out the wraps today, I think mentally more than anything I needed a boost.
