Some Questions:
Are fibrous carbs considered a free food and you can eat as much as you wont at one time?
Some of the meat listed is pretty high in fat like roast. Is this still acceptable for eating when cutting?
Is salsa and a free food that can be used since it is made of nothing but veggies?
An how about ketchup?

Some Questions: Are fibrous carbs considered a free food and you can eat as much as you wont at one time? Some of the meat listed is pretty high in fat like roast. Is this still acceptable for eating when cutting? Is salsa and a free food that can be used since it is made of nothing but veggies? An how about ketchup? Fibrous carbs like veggies and salads ,yes, eat as much as you want, but still don`t go too crazy or you`ll have digestion problems. Salsa and kethcup....no,too much sugar and salt and artificial ingredients. Stick with lean flank steak,or other lean guts and very lean ground beef, but chicken, fish, and eggwhites are better because they are not as calorie dense. I would eat beef once or twice a week during a prep, although others eat itmuch more often. Just my opinions.
