I`ve been putting off practicing my posing, just like I always do before a show.
At times in the past, I have got a routine together in 3 days time.............I`m lucky in the respect that I`m a halfway decent poser, but I know I should have started much earlier, as I wanted to jazz up my routine this year.
Anyway, after I trained today, I came home and hit a bunch of shots, and my mind was finally at ease for a change.
I looked damn good .......for me anyway, although Ronnie has nothing to worry about...........yet!!! LOL
My quads are nothing to brag about, and never were, but all the rock bottom squats, and hard work, has brought them up so they don`t even resemble my quads of old.
Abs are great, but not quite up to my standards, but from competing in this contest in 2003 ,conditioning wasn`t really a factor, as I got beat by a totally fat dude, who looked like he dieted on donuts, and never heard the word cardio.......bast*rds!!! LOL
Arms are bigger, chest is striated, delts look good, and my lats are much wider, and my back is thicker.........all at 170 pounds.
When I drop water,I should be as hard as nails.......I just hope the judges have glasses on this time, but I`m going in just to have fun, and I definately will be trying to win.........as I usually do try.
I`m very competitive, especially when I bust my ass......which I always do,so they better have been doing their homework.
I`m not trying to brag, as I know I am nothing special, but I`m psyched,so no matter what the outcome,I`m going in with bad intentions!!
I should do good in Rochester 2 1/2 weeks later, with more of the same dieting ,training, and cardio, and by the time the Masters Nats rolls around,I should look like an anatomy chart.........I`ll die trying,if that`s what it takes.
