I remember you once said that she dosent train, but is she eating the same things you eat? Mo,my wife is a junk food junkie, which doesn`t make dieting any easier!! I would just not have junk in my house when I lived alone, but now I can`t escape the cookies, chips, donuts,McDonalds, pizza,Fritos, etc. etc. etc. ;D It`s no biggie though, most of the time, because I want to win or place well,so my mind is made up to be strict. I find as I get older, that my carbs have to be very low usually, before I have a higher carb day,or I do not lose fat. This year I stayed leaner so it is good, as I can only do 3 days of cardio, and 4 days of training per week until my damn car is fixed or I get a new one. Anyone want some brownies,or cake? ;D

Cool........good luck at the Universe..........very prestigous contest. I`m doing a show in Buffalo NY ,that`s why I`m dieting already. Got a line up of closely strung together contests so no ridiculously long dieting this year. After I do them,I`ll take a little break, and get ready for the NABBA Nats. See ya` there bro.

Why not just be one of "those guys" that show up to the contest completely out of shape, and pose like their Arnold or someone like that? That would help your dieting process for your mind!!! ;D
Do they even have been up there in Mayberry?

Don`t have my diet log handy as I`m at the University library but my diet is going about the same as usual.
Doing two higher carb days today, and next Tues,Wed,and Thurs,I`ll go zero carbs ,then re-feed.
Just feel the need to do this, though I dread it.

Just say no to "CARBS"
Jen has a T shirt that has a cow and a pig on it dancing around. It reads "I Love Carbs" She wears it out. Too funny!!
