Thanks for the info. I feel better about my mishap, or should we say fat indulgence, this weekend. I am looking into adding a little quality fat to the diet now. I will yack at you soon.

I don't think so-in fact it may have been a good thing because your body wasn't expecting it. Your fats are quite low regardless so your body probably enjoyed the extra calories!

I'm with Tim on this one: There is already enough fat in the food we eat… especially if we dont go zero carb! During my 6 months contest diet i stay around 30-35 g of Fat: Approx 15g from the traces in chicken and others + approx 20g from almonds or peanuts or fish or fish oil supp. So in my mind, dont worry about being a bit higher a day or two, but try to readjust as soon as you can (or decrease a bit the carbs during those days).

Update: 2 pounds over the weekend. I am about 207 now. Shooting for 198. 40 days left. Should I try and add more protein and fat calories to try and slow the weight drop??? Definition coming in well. Still small amount of fat around belly button. Cardio is at 30-40 minutes a night 7 days per week. Still alot of work to do before I am ready.
