Chad plans to sit out competition this year and target the Canadians in 2008 as a ripped superheavy. Think he will be the shock of the show, and have a great chance at a pro card!
Go for it, bud!

Hey Chad!
Man. great interview and great insight! Like you I'm moving to the "Solid food makes for solid gains" train of thought. I'd like to know more sometime.

Hello, been really busy with work lately. Cavemuscle thanks for taking the time to read my bio and stuff. Cool bro!
I have always been a believer in food. I might have the odd protein shake here and there. But sticking to food is what got me to where i am now. I was 170lbs before i started bodybuilding. Now i am 248lbs and the leanest and biggest i have ever been.
Learning more about my body and what foods work for me and which ones to stay away from has been the biggest thing. I will be doing the Canadian Nationals in Montreal next year so i am planning on staying pretty lean until then. Will make things much easier when it comes time to start dieting.
I sent Gerry T a copy of my posing routine and comparisons from my last show. He watched it and is going to put a killer posing routine together for me for next year. It was nice to hear what he had to stay too. All i can say is, everybody is in for a shock when i hit the stage next year! I am already hard at work preparing for it.
I worked with IFBB Pro Dan Dufresne and will probably stick with him again for next year. Can't wait to get started.
A big shout out to Gerry and hey Big Mike what's up bro?
Peace Pimp

Well alot's been up with me but nothing good- had a health scare that's turning out to be probably not much but really had me stressed out. Haven't been able to train for 2 weeks and will be out probably another. I'll post details of what's going on, on the general board.
