I just saw this pic for the first time in my life today. I got it from a friend at Iron Age who goes by the name of "Oak". I wonder if he like`s Arnold,with a name like that?

Arnold had one of the thickest chests ever!! AWESOME man!!! His other pec looked like a human head! I was like NOO WAY!! He was amazing, no doubts about that!

He's a beast. That chest will never be duplicated. Question though, do you think in modern competition that chest would be considered to big?

I think some of the chests today are huge but they are overshadowed by the huge selts of today.
The delts on most guy`s today are way bigger than the old guy`s .

Ya know that's a good point and McJeff brought something like that up on the other board. He remarked how Gary S. said nobody really does decline work that much now, and from what I've read it seems that Yates really brought working the upper chest into fashion. I can attest to the fact that my shoulders are huge from incline pressing but my lower chest lacks from lack of decline work.
