Thanks, Tim! Always considered Bob a paragon of symmetry and proportion. Always presented himself in top shape.
Also an excellent poser. He knew how to capitialize on his strengths and show them to perfection. That one knee shot is classic.

Thanks, Tim. You're a wizard at finding and posting these. Brings back great memories. And Leidelmeyer, Labrada and Benfatto are basically cut from the same cloth. All classic physiques.

Bob is consistantly dogged because of his open gayness, but I think he is a phenominal bb'r in his own right. He worked hard for his physique and he attained a symmetrical build that ANYONE would die for!

Bob is consistantly dogged because of his open gayness, but I think he is a phenominal bb'r in his own right. He worked hard for his physique and he attained a symmetrical build that ANYONE would die for! I read a couple of interviews with him right after he was dropped by Weider. My impression was that he came out simply out of frustration with the rampant hypocrisy, rather than to make any big political statement. He also stated that he had realized he'd never make that top 1%, so he figured he had more to lose emotionally than financially by staying closeted. Since then he's settled nicely into private life, has a practice in So Cal and still works out. I wish him well. Brock

Well said Brock. It sounds like Paris chose to lead life under his own terms and has been personally and professionally sucessful as a result.
