Tim Belknap was a very large bodybuilder on a 5'4" frame. Was he a pleasing physique to appreciate in full bodybuilding terms?
He competed as a Professional in 1983 at Ceasars Place at an IFBB grand-prix type contest. He did poorly. He then decided to move to NABBA where he reverted to Amateur status and won his class in the NABBA 1984 Universe and capturing both his class and overall NABBA Mr World. Later in 1985 he won the Amateur NABBA Universe. This was my second to last contest i competed in to date. I thought Belknap was very unaesthetic and a poor representation of an International title holder. Mass is one component as is muscularity. He had an abundance of these two but lacked attributes beyond these.
