Diet today
1) Protein pancakes + Grapefruit juice + Syrup
2) 1 cup Kashi Oat cereal w/ skim milk + 1 banana + 1.5 scoops whey
3) Tuna sandwich
4) 1 cup Annies shells with cheddar + 6 oz chicken breast
5) 5-6 oz chicken breast + 8 oz sweet potato + veggies
6) Post workout drink
7) Out back steak house

Did chest tonight. Back, shoulder and arm are still killing me from my fall. Must be a pinched nerve.. Flat bench 225 x 10 + RP, RP 245 x 6 + RP, RP 255 x 4 + Rp + Drop Incl hammer press 2 plates a side x 10 + RP, RP 2 Plts + 25 a side x 6-8 + RP, RP Same above 3 Plates a side + RP + 3 Negs Flite flat press 140 x 8 + RP, RP 160 x 6 + RP 180 x 4 + RP Thats it. My right arm, shoulder, back could not take any more!

Hammer pulldown 180 x 10, RP, RP 230 x 6-8, RP, RP 270 x 4-6, RP, RP
BM T Bar Row 3 plates x 10, RP, RP 3.25 Plates x 8, RP, RP 4 Plates x 6, RP, RP, Drop- 3 plates, Drop- 2 Plates
Machine pulldown 230 x 10, RP, RP 260 x 8, RP, RP 290 x 6, RP, Drop, Drop, Drop

Bi's and Tris in the usual RP and drop set manner.
Ez bar curls 3 RP sets 90, 110, 120 Cable preacher curls 2 RP sets + 1 drop set up to stack
Hammer dip 3 plates + 25 each side 3-4 RP sets Overhead Machine ext up to 200 for 3 RP sets + 1 drop set

3) 2 scoops whey + 2 cuos Kashi Cereal + skim milk
4) 1 serv Annies shells and chedder + Broccoli + 6 oz chicken
5) 1 Tuna sandwich
6) 2 scoops whey + 2 Kashi bars
7) 1 serv Annies shells and chedder + 6 oz chicken + broccoli

I like the way your workouts are looking Randy. Short workouts with basic exercises have always worked best for me. Nothing fancy!
The diet looks great also! When are we going to see some pics?
