Terry,I like that scenario much better for my preferances anyway.
I agree with Randy....I have also done tris on delt day and I only do one pressing movement so there isn`t too much fatigue on the tris.
I personally beleive that doing more than one pressing exercise in one workout for delts is redundant.
I do however,mix them up weekly as a rule.

As always Tim I respect yours (and Randy's) suggestions. I think I'll be much happier with this one. It's similar to my last year's program, except for the tri's. I used to train them with the delts, but they did get a little fatigued by the end. This program seems a little more suited to my needs.

I think it looks much better. I would still throw in a couple power sets on each body part, but that just my style.
