Great job, Hoops.......I think I mentioned it but I already have my plane tickets and hotel reservations for the NABBA Nationals. I'm arriving late Wed evening and staying at the hotel till Sunday. That way my whole carb up routine won't be interrupted by travel. Really looking forward to meeting you there.

Thursdays back workout
standing cable pullovers 77x14,14 ss with front pulldowns 210x14 215x14
*TRI SET* STIFF ARMS 72X10,10 PULL UPS BWX10,10 REVERSE SEATED CG PULLDOWNS 150X10,10 *The reverse seated pulldowns were very interesting to try and i likked the feel in my lats while doing them. Instead of haveing my knees braced under the pad i faced the other direction. Causing me to really concentrated and move the weight slowly. Will definately do them again this way..*
cybex rows 175x10,10 ss with wg bent bb rows 105x10,10
back ext 160x20,20 ss with hypers 35x20,20
Great pump throughout my entire back. Really felt this workout.

Steve-O!!!! Looking good there BRO!!! Bet ya thought I forgot about ya, huh? I've just been lurking a lot, that's all. I'm probably not gonna do the NABBA Nats this year. IF I hire Steve Davis as my trainer, he suggested I not compete this year, and put everything into prep for the Masters in Pittsburgh next year. That gives me one entire year to prep for THAT show. If I Can't get ready in a year, it ain't never gonna happen! Keep in touch!!! Hows the family?
