I agree with everythning you just said. Its top bad he gets slammed so much, ok he did bring some of it on himself, because he stood up for what he thought was right. I respect that, and If I can do it half as well, I would say that's something. By the that back pic is great! I. Want to read what YOUI RE doing. I believe now that as long its hard, heavy and progressive, its all good. I agree, I used to think that there absolutely had to be one best way to train. Sound familiar? I really believed that Mike was correct for a long time, but the longer I trained the more I've come to believe like you said, its gotta be hard heavy and progressive. BTW, your training is very inspiring I wouldn't change a thing if I were you. Sounds like you've found what works best for your body!

Thank you! Being inspiring to others is a joy and a thrill. I like the routine and results. I'm getting. Just changing around a bit here and there for variety and added stimulus.

Way to go James! BIG WEIGHTS BUILD BIG MUSCLES!!!!!!! thanks bro! You know, I really always though that was the ticket. My mental goal since I started was if I could press 225 for reps and curl the same and squat 500 for reps, that would equal a lot of muscle, especially since I didn't start out strong at all. I've hit and passed the squat mark, and have done at least one rep with the others so I think I'm on the right track. - I love this stuff.
