Carb Slam is great. Cheap money too I would love to try it but my supplement guy can't get it. Buddy can get 25 mg tabs of ephedrine no problem, but can't get waxy maize?

Little more pricey than the Carb Slam, but.... Okay, just went and picked me up some Waximaize. I'll be using it as my post w/o shake along with the BCAA, glutamine, and creatine. 1/2 hour after that, I'll be downing the WPI.

Another great workout, RAMO style. Did a really good warm up for the shoulders and then went heavy. Felt great!
Interesting note: I didn't do any cardio today since my legs are still a little sore. I did, however, measure my cals burned: 1100!!! I don't think missing cardio today will be a big deal.
