Good job on your mass mania! This is the fun part, huh? So are you doing the over 40, or (gasp) over 50? They break the age groups in weight classes at that show? I'm planning on doing the over 40's at 245.

The man is unbelievable at coming up with a specific plan that fits an individual's needs perfectly. The off season diet I am currently on has allowed me to take my weight to 192, and my waist is 31"! I honestly think I am going to get alot bigger than this because of the way the weight is going on. Wouldn't be surprised at all if I get to 215-220 with a 32-33 waist measurement, which at my height, (5'7")is a very good off season weight. I'd suggest you go back ve any post he has made in the diet section...even better, you could contact him personally. It wouldn't really do you any good to post a day from my diet as the days rotate, and the plan Eric has come up with includes tweaking to suit me, individually. he doesn't "cookie cuttter" his diets. Hope this helps point you in the right direction. Keith
