BWT at 201! Great. Almost there. Keep pumping in the Golden Corral! Did you increase the numbers I gave you last time yet? Eric....the little bump you suggested did the trick. I'll stay with things as they are..I feel like I'll get the 205-210 just by keeping things like this. Don't eally want to go much higher than 210, but not looking sloppy at all. This is the best I have ever looked at this bodyweight.

Didn't have time to post yesterday.....took the day off to put up lights, buy a tree,and clear out the shed to get to the tree decorations.............Christmas was ALOT more fun as a kid!!!!!
