I just finished week 5, Power week. I had taken a week off and started back up on Monday. I was feeling super strong and went at it a bit too hard and re-injured my c5, c6 disc in my neck, i hernieated it about 4 years ago doing smith military press. It was a really bad experience as I lost all strength on the left side of my upper body. Anyways I had a great back workout and felt great, then after incline bb for chest the following day I had a bit of a twinge in my neck, not thinking anything about it I continued my workout but afterwards it started to tighten up. I was in some serious pain the last few days, couldn't move my head, couldn't sleep, etc. I was off on wed, went to the gym and had the BEST leg day I've had since before my surgery, and took friday, shoulders, off, and did arms today. My neck is feeling much better and with the proper rest i'll be ready to go again soon..........God willing.

Thanks Fit, i'm gonna try and stay at it and do what I can with my injury...
Full body workouts for now, just trying to feel a little soreness in the muscles as it's been since late March early May that i've touched a weight. Monday will start scheduled bodypart very light workouts.
