Eric... wow... you look great. Legs and those freaky calves!
I have to say, at 38 yrs old, I'm always looking for motivation and I 'll add you to the list!.. of course I only have about 5 yrs of serious trainign behind me and aalmost a yr of hardcore training ahead before I can think about stepping onstage.
At any rate, you, Tim, and Masterchamp are all true motivators for me on this board.

Thanks alot Mike. Just keep hitting it hard. I have been training for 21 years. It takes alot of hard work, sacrifices and dedication but I wouldn't have it any other way. If you ever need any advice, let me know. I have pretty much tried it all in my many years. I am 41 so you are never too old. Look at Ski!
These pictures are from last years Masters Nationals. I placed 4th in the heavyweight class. I weighed 217. I am 4 days away from the same contest and will compete at 232 to 235 this year with alot better conditioning. I will post some pictures when I get them.

Eric, I had planned on doing it, but then this past December my father became seriously ill and suffered for a long time with it---I was the one keeping things together for my Mom and family. As I mentioned in my reply to Mo, these past 2 months, however, have been some of the best training I've ever experienced, and I'm really looking forward to entering next year with a full year's prep under my belt.. By the way--Pgh. is my hometown!!

Sorry to hear that but family has to come first. What part of Pittsburgh are you from?

Munhall-- was born, raised, and grew up there. Moved down here (FL) in 85'. And seriously, bro----- you look great based on LAST YEAR'S condition. If you're better than that this year, a win is a DEFINITE possibility.

I used to live in Pleasant Hills. Trained at Gold's which is now Life Force.
I am hoping I can nail my conditioning for this show. Started carbing up this morning and so far everything is good. This is the part I hate the most. There are some outstanding guys in this show so there is no room for any mistakes.

Eric is a terrific athlete and class act. He was not able to compete this year, but he and Keith will rock the house next year. You heard that here first! ;D
Look forward to it!
