Thanks for posting those pics Tim! As i said in another thread, Richard is a friend and a mentor for me! I have met him at my April 15th contest and since then i have learned from him week after week! I can also say that he has a lot of interesting stories to tell about the bodybuilding golden's ages... he is so interesting! Richard, i also want to thank you for your advices and support back stage during this june 17th stressful (for me  ) pro show contest! #bowdown3ht# |
