Looking good for 10 weeks out. Plenty of time to come in just right. Your already lean, so that won't be the issue. Just the final last minute prep things, but your already halfway there with staying as lean as you did....great job!

Looking very good Hoop!!! I also commented on bmass!!! I agree with YB...you are already lean which is a great thing.....just take it into the home stretch and stay focused!!!!!

Doing well, Steve. We'll talk soon about the posing. One thing I can suggest, in ab/thigh try bringing elbows in a bit closer to your head. Spreds the lats out and increases taper, which will highlight abs more.

Steve, looking greato buddy. 10 weeks plenty of time to get you shredded and ready to go. I got my work ahead of me. Gerry is def the man for posing :-)...START PRACTICING.. 10 sec holding each pose. ITS A WHOLE NEW WORKOUT!

Lookin good Hoopie!! Your chest and arms are particularly impressive! Stay focused, you seem to be on track. If you can get someone to help you with your posing that can give you an honest opinion, it will help tremendously in your competition!

Excellent pics Hoopty! Looking lean and mean, and your posing has gotten better. I'm curious, about what bf % are you right now, how much weight did you lose, and what sort of poundage are you moving on your major lifts. Thanks and good job!

BF% not sure i'll get back to you on that one. I have lost 30 pounds and rack deads are at 430x1 down from 430x3-4. Squats are holding around 350x6 and bench i dont know. Dont do heavy benching right now. rep range bench is 240x10x3...
