Great improvements in my opinion Steve.....good job buddy!!
In your front relaxed stance, turn your arms so that the back of your hands are facing forward/front.....it`ll improve the look bigtime.
Heels together, legs slightly bent at the knees, toes grabbing the floor, and flex from the bottom up.
Next week we`ll set up a gameplan to dial in in.
Looking really way more impressive bro,I`m really proud of your progress!

Now for my own judgement. I practice my ass off and i think my poseing sucks. I just cant seem to get it down right. Im f'ing frustated!!!!!!!!! However i will keep practicing!! One time i think i have it then the next time i think it sucks. back forth back forth. I am happy with my progress so far i am just really anxious to get dialed in and see the finished product.

You need to work with someone who knows how to pose. If you are not hitting the poses correctly, all you will be doing is praticing incorrect posing.
Beckie - you practice posing 1 hour a day? That is insane.lol.

Hoopie, looks like all the hard work is paying off! You're gonna make it man just stay on track with Tim's advice and listen carefully to Gerry T. Posing correctly can make all the difference at show time. I was fortunate when I was young to work with someone who knew how to pose correctly and his advice has stuck with me all these years. I've seen guys with good physiques place poorly just because they couldn't present what they had worked so hard to achieve!
Much improved brother I can't wait to see the finished product! Keep chasing! ;D
