Inspiring photos and stories Tim. I dont think that I have ever seen a real body builder in person. That Muscular Developement June 1992 was the first bodybuilding magazine I ever purchased. That was the year I graduated high school and for graduation my mom got me a weight bench, squat rack, and 300 lbs of weights and that magazine. I sold the weights and bench a year later, I was too in to martial arts to be hit by the iron bug .

It bit me hard the first time I walked into a gym. I haven't stopped since....nine years ago now.

This Old School Section is one of my fave's!!! I LOVE to look at the older BB's and read the articles. Their physique was much more pleasing than today's. Now I will admit, as I have on other threads, I do love my "big men," Priest, Wheeler, Coleman and Yates...but when it REALLY comes down to it I loved Labrada and the guys you put up!! The physique was sooo NICE. Small waist, VERY symmetric, ripped with not an OVER LOAD of muscle mass.

Thanks for the stories and pics! Jeff King is timeless. Those quads were amazing. Definitely a hero of mine. I read somewhere that he trains guys on the east coast now. Any more details?? Again, freaky awesome quads! And a neck to shock you!

Glad you like it Rob!! No,Jeff is now a state police officer as well as a physical therapist. He still trains and maintains 190 lean and muscular pounds.

Hey, awesome to hear, tim! Imagine getting pulled over by two police partners... Jeff King and Ronnie Coleman!! Hahaha. I'm glad to hear he is still in great shape. Hope to meet him someday.
