I hate my bench! I am weak as as a sick kitten. ;D Butt blaster is a machine where you kneel down with one leg up on a pad and push up weight... it kills!! I loved the SLDs with Dbs, I got the best stretch!!!!!! Your bench, in my opinion, is not weak AT ALL!!! I am gonna look for that machine tonight when I workout...gotta get that booty FIRM!! I am also gonna try SLD's with db's tonight too!!! EXCELLENT WO!!! #highfive5wp# You are doing AWESOME!!!! Keep working your quads like this and you are gonna be happy.... my long legged girlfriend!!! How is the week winding down for ya?? Getting things FINALLY squared away with the TH??? I hope things are heading in the right direction for you guys!!!!

mmmm iron...lol. It might help. I tired this liquid mix once flora..some thing or another...and it worked quite well. I was skeptical..but it didnt give me the stomach upset the pills do. Just a thought. Looks like the pressure is on with them legs missy...lol...look whos comming to the states! Work hard woman!

hehehe..nothing like a bit of pressure to make our girl work a bit harder! the liquid iron is great-Floradix-if you can stomach the taste. Else get one that has vitamin C added to help absorption.

Thanks I may get that iron, I get soooo tired at that time of the month. I did OK though, didn't miss a wo.
I don't think I will ever be 100 % happy with my legs, BUT I am going to do my best with what I got. ;D
