ANOTHER GREAT WO TIFF!!!!! 100lbs for bench is KICK BUTT!!!! (I am almost there did 95 for 3 sets yesterday!)..gonna catch up with you..LOL!!!! Also...shoulders and tri's were strong!!!!! What did you struggle with on this wo? Just the tiredness? How long on this new med? b/c the tiredness may get better!!!!

Have a great day!!!!! ;D Well hopefully I will catch up to you on those laterals It was my first day with these scripts, they are stronger then the first one's I was on, make me really drowsy. I'm hoping that's all it was, and by next week I will be used to them. I had to lower my weights on a few exercises and didn't get my full sets out on everything. I pushed out every last rep I could, right to failure but still not sore the next day, frustrating!!!

Do not get too upset when you are not sore after a WO. There are many times I am not sore, but I have kicked butt in there, that is all that counts!!!!!
Next week you will be used to your meds. Sometimes those side effects go away.

Squats barx6(wu), 105x12,115x12,125x12,135x12,155x12 ;D Leg Press 140x6(wu)230x15,250x15,270x12 Iso Leg Extensions (HS) 17.5x15x14x13 Iso Lying Leg Curls (HS) 20x15x15x13 Standing Calf Raises (SM) 180x25x20x18 Than about 1/2 with stability ball doing a bunch of different exercises that focused on the hams, glutes, inner and outer thigh Gonna try to get to that yard work that so desperately needs to be done, I also need to work on my tan - I haven't been this pale during summer in a long time

Thanks Karrie, I'm feeling a lot stronger but still being careful so not to aggravate the hip/back problems.
yesterdays w/o
flat bench press to clavicle (SM) 70x12x10x10 Incline Flyes 25x10x8x6 front plate raise 25x10x10x8 bent laterals 10x12x12x12 dips bwx6x6x6 decline db tricep extensions 10x12x12x12
1 hr bike ride through the grape vine yards along the escarpment.
today was rest day, relaxing evening at home with the kids

Was up late with the kids last night so i slept in no time for abs or cardio, will have to do them tonight Pull Ups (20sec rest between each) bwx24 Deadlifts 110x12x12x11x10x10 Barbell Rows 70x12x12x10 Neutral Grip Pulldowns 85x12x12 Barbell Curls (5 sec rest between reps/20 sec rest between sets) 45x8x8x8 Preacher Curls e-z bar 30x12x12x12 Single Arm Cable Curls 20x10x10x10 Wrist were really sore today - could feel them burning. By the time I was done my deadlifts I could barely hold the bar for the rest of my work out so I wasn't able to go higher like I wanted to. Thanks goodness next week I get to use my straps

AWWWWWW thanks Karrie, yes I did manage to get them all out unassisted today and no jumping at the end either, although I didn't get ALL the way up on the last few ;D I am determined to do 10 in a row - might take me until the end of the year, but I WILL DO IT! Well it's raining so no bike ride Will have to do an extra long cardio session tomorrow.

I already know it's going to be a busy day at work today so I will be drained by the time I get home.

Well, I still didn't feel too well today either so I slept in and grab some extra zzzzs. I haven't been too clean with my diet and I think that is really affecting my energy level. It's funny, I used do deal with changes really well, now any little change to my schedule seems to through me off big time.

It is ok not to be real clean on the diet when you are not feeling the best.....I have taken a good break from my diet, and my energy levels have changed we well.
