Hang in there Frank. Is the Dialene/Sesamin doing anything for you?

Fitster....
I tend to switch my Thermos around occaionally.
Dialene 4 x has synephrine. I used to use a synephrine product back in 2004 that I had success with. I tried the Dialene 4x as a shot with all the Scivation Products. Just using them up now.
I have to admit that I don't know if the Scivation Products had much of a difference. Not that they are bad, but are comparable with all the rest.
I do need to note that I do cycle on and off of the thermos becuase of my blood pressure...so I am careful.

Scale was not good, even after working very hard all week to do all the right things. Got my BF checked at the gym...first reading said 21%,,,give me a break...I was at 17 % a couple of weeks ago. Took a second reading which said 14.8%....I wish..... Scale numbers...bf numbers.....ozs of food...wrong foods....training focus not there...it's a good thing I don't drink....I know what I'd be doing today. One day at a time?

OK ~ It's Saturday Morning...3:58 am...and I've been tossing and turning for hours....I'm pissed-off!
My diet went straight out the window yesterday...bad. I'm not even going to write dwon what and how much I ate...it's embarassing.
It snowed about 6 inches last night and the temps dropped into the teens. So now, I not only feel terrible mentally about yesterday, but I also feel terrible physically...super bloated, cramaping intestines...joints hurt from the cold.
NOW...there...I got that out of my system. I figure I have two choices.
Choice number one: Quit Choce number two: NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT CHOICE NUMBER ONE AGAIN!
"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall". Confucious.
No excuses. No time left for any games.
I'm getting on the treadmill now.... Plan on paper today.
Look forward to my dream...no more looking back. I will climb this mountain...I appreciate everyone's help, and at times I need it...but this is MY mountain to climb.
no more talk....

Frank, you're doing great. It always seems crap happens when you're trying to prep. I've had a lot too since 2010 started. Just keep hammering away!

Frank, I need to ask..why are your calories so low? I fear you will lose muscle going that low.

Frank, One bad day isn't the end of the world! Just get back on that horse and ride it to the end of your journey! Nobody is perfect and everybody has setbacks! You can do this thing!

Frank, good attitude bro!! IMO,I would keep protein at 140-150 based on a hypothetical LBM. As for calories like Bob asked about, again IMO,just keep protein high, carb cycle, train hard, and be as consistant as Old Faithful!! Stay focused, you can/wil do this!! On acsidenote: It`s Pavlovs dogs,Maslov's dogs !

I think I am getting way too wrapped up in the technical stuff here. Perhaps time to let my journal "cool-off" a bit.
I'll be back.

It ain't rocket science Frank, you do seem to get a little too concerned with the details. That's not all bad, shows how much of a perfectionist that you are!
Just eat what you're supposed to eat when you're supposed to eat it! It will all fall into place if you give it enough time. I've tried to reinvent the wheel too many times myself thinking that there must be a better way or maybe I'm missing something. Unfortunately I've had to learn the hard way!
You'll be alright buddy!

Thanks guys....I really appreciate your support.
To be honest, I want this so bad that I'm overdoing it.
I'm TOTALLY confused on my diet right now...over-thinking it. I'm either too far over-board on it, or not strict enough.
Killing myself in the gym....beating myself up with cardio. And then there is the stress thing of coming down to the wire...I don't want to let myself, or anyone else down.
Basically.....I need to take a DEEP breath...and as my wife would ssay, "SHMAN-UP"!
I refuse to quit. But I also refuse to lose my hard earned muscle. I know I can turn heads......hearing, "Did you see the size of that guy?!?" When I walk thru the mall.....at 52 years old and only 5'2".
I WILL win.....BUT...I...not anyone else...has to do it. No one else can win for me.......I will be...the beast.
