3-4 shoulders behind neck press 6 x 12 12 10 10 10 8 seated laterals 4 x 10 10 10 10 front raises 4 x 10 10 10 10 bentover lateral 4 x 10 10 10 10 felt sick after this work out thats 2 in a row, dont know why...think its stress..diet is still the same. I am 13 weeks out

3-17 did shoulders, today was a great workout had good pump ..i raised my cardio to 25 min.

did chest today i was about tanked on the 2nd excersise and I knew i had 4 more to go. I pushed thru 6 excersises for 5 sets..cardio is still 25 min and diet is still the same.
