Tired as hell today, terrible nights sleep! Took a big dose of pre workout supp and had a decent leg day, go figure!

Wore my Olympic lifting shoes today, no wraps real deep. Felt really good could've went heavier. Next week!

Definitely will go up in weight on everything next week. Little bloated from the weekend, will have everything in check by Friday.
