Congrats on the little addition to the family, Randy! Is she ornery, like her Dad? lol I didn't realize you were doing powerlifting now. How do you like it? Far less subjective than BB, that's for sure. Cut and dried, you either lift it or you don't. Great vids from the last meet! What weight class did you compete in and what were your final lifts? Any BB shows in the near future? Hey hey!!!!!!!!!!!! How the heck are you? Thank you! Lilianna is AMAZING!! That was my second legit meet. The weights lfted were: Bench 275 297 315 fail Deads 475 507 545 no lift due to hitching call. Oh well. At least I know I can Pull even more. I like PLing a lot. Way different than BBing. Not subjective as you said. I wanted to do a Strongman comp in August, but some of my training equipment has not arrived yet and its cutting it close. Thinking of doing a BBing show Oct 29. Started dieting just a lil bit yesterday.

Damn good lifts Randy!! I used to do some powerrlifting myself back about 4 decades ago.........weighed a whopping 126 pounds and competed as a 132 pounder........always had the highest bench in every contest I entered. 1974 Boston Open at the old Boston YMCA was where I got my start and my first trophy evrer. No more bodybuilding or what? Say it ain`t so please.
