I think it`s very important to keep a training log to track your progress, and mistakes.It`s also fun to look back and see your former "heavy" poundages, that are now your warmups! They have a good printable log on www.bodybuilding.com You can even personalize them with your name a,nd whatever you would like to label each session as.There are other`s out there, but I think these are the best.Go to the site and just type in "Printable Logs!"

Very true tj. I love looking back to previous months lifts and noticing i'm lifting more weight than before. It very motivational. You just feel like king Kong ;D

I've had long periods where I would track everything, then for some reason I stopped. You're right Robert, it's great looking back to what you used to do. I have some OLD ones going back quite a few years. About a week ago, I started logging my food intake as well. Tamas.
