Does your mind wander during your workouts? Are you thinking about your dinner,or tonight`s movie, your job, money, sex, anything other than the immediate set your into?If so, you need to link the mind to the muscle that your training.Instead of just throwing, or heaving around the weights, and rushing through your training, in order to get to work, or home to eat, stop and take the time to really "feel" the muscles in question, as they expand and contract, against the resistance.Don`t just move the weight from point A, to point B,but "control" it, and visualaize the muscle getting bigger and stronger, as you train it.Arnold did this, and look where he went with his development.Lighten the load at times, and really contract and squeeze, the bodyparts your`re training. This can make the workout a lot more productive. The mind definately plays a major role in how good, or bad, our workouts will be.Make your next workout one that`s productive, stay connected.
