Today I just didn`t feel like training.I didn`t sleep good the night before, and just felt kind of out of gas, with no enthusiasm.I figured I`d just go light, and at least I wouldn`t miss a day of training, which is something I vowed never to do.To make matter`s worse it was leg day, and squats were on the agenda.Ti make a long story shorter,I had one of the best ,most intense leg training sessions, that I`ve had in a long tim,e.I was strong and the reps went easy. This has happened to me a lot during my years of training, and it`s great. You turn a negative situation ,into a positive one.I`m glad I trained today!!

Happens all the time! I tweeked my back on Fiday, you know where the inner lower lat contracts so hard it strains and locks, so my whole weekend was one of pain and immobility, and alot of anti-inflamatories! I knew I would probally work out the stiffness tonight, but it went beyond that, it was my stongest in years. Back and Chest and "strong like bull" on both, strong for an old man anyway!

It happened again.Same scenario as last week ,squats +no energy!!I set a new record on my heaviest set, by adding 5 pounds to the bar, and another rep more than previously. Also got a new personal record for 10 reps, on the way back down.I could have easily gotten 2 more reps on the heaviest set, but I train alone and just didn`t feel right about it, psychologically.I`m pumped baby!!

it happens to me a lot. since I train at 10pm and my day starts at 7am I usually feel assed out by that time. I just think about the end result of all the suffering and have a really good workout
