I am so psyched lately that it`s unreal. I`ve decided to take a whole year to just train heavy and hard ,in order to gain some size and power. My training is going great, and in the last 4 weeks since I`ve started this new routine ,I`ve added weight, and or, reps, to all the big exercises like benches, inclines, dips, squats, deadlifts, rows, presses, etc. every week it gets better and better. As far as gaining weight goes ,I haven`t weighed myself this week yet but I have been eating really good food in large quantities. It`s been hard to adjust to the new higher calories ,so I am trying to slowly add in more food. I can`t wait to see my progress in the coming year!!

Amazing what just being able to "eat" does for all aspects of your training ! ;D

My off-season training is still going strong ,without any signs of burning out or overtraining and I`ve been progressing every week in one way or another. This is great!I just hope my luck doesn`t change.

Mac, I keep a training log at all times, and record everything.I also keep a diet log, but usually only before a contest.I just make sure I get in sufficient protein, as I know I`m eating enough carbs. If I start to put on too much fat,I`ll start recording things again, and adjust my diet accordingly. This is a pain in the ass at times , but it helps out immensley, and is well worth the trouble in my opinion.
