i decided to do some shoulder exercises with my Squat/Calf Day. Any exercises i should look out for?

Push Presses are one of the best shoulder/upper body movements you can do. It's basically a standing military press with leg drive. Ranks as one of my favorite exercises.

My favorites are Seated Twisting Front Raises
And W-Press - Hold two moderelty heavy dumbells shoulder level, flare elbows wide pull your back in line with shoulders, with palms facing ears not forward. Now in the mirrow you should see a W shape. Now press the DB up in a semi fly motion not straight up. Masintain some bend in elbows during movement. Sqeeze your delts hold for a count of three lower under tewnsion and repeat.. Good side delt and seperation ....

Clean and Press. I like push presses but I feel the Clean and Press brings the whole structure into play a little better. Gets me just as winded as squats also.
