i did them today too in the park. i did about 5-6 sets of 4 assisted. they are so much fun lOL

Haha! When i get up there over the bar, i am heavily tempted to roll forward and flip. it looks like fine.....until i break my leg.

Jen can get up there and (Picture this) put her legs between her body and the bar. Butt up near the bar, knees infrot of head. Then she does pullups... Kinda hard to explain Picture touching your toes position with your head down by your knees. Now flip that upside down..

wow...so her her legs are in between the bar and her chest. thats some good flexibility
a friend of mine cause do pullups with the neutral grip bars and he pretty much keeps his back parallel to the floor and his feet pointed to the ceiling. kind of like an "L"
