Squats for Quads Deadlifts for Back Bench for Chest Power Cleans & Push Presses for shoulders Weighted Dips for Triceps Straight BB Curl for Biceps Stiff Leg Deadlifts for Hamstrings

Legs: Adductor/Abductor, or a Thighmaster Arms: The bendable bar with the spring in the middle Chest/Delts: Any elliptical machine with handles Back: Pilates Abs: The Ab Roller

Squats for legs Deads AND pullups for back(think thickness AND width!) Bench for Chest Military press for shoulders Dips for triceps BB curls for biceps

I'd say push presses are better for mass than military because you can handle more weight.
Deadlifts, squats, bench press, barbell curls, close grip presses are all great.
