The good news is that i have got a great new job of a training/managing director in a fast rising big organisation called as tree house. Because of this my whole lifestyle changed from past six weeks. I have to travel on my bike from place to place and look after the administration & stuff. This was one of the reasons I had to quit training DC because where on DC I used to have 8 meals I barely have 3 or 4 now.. Workouts have also shifted in the nights now. Generally I workout at around 9:15 or 9:30. I finish off in about 45 mins to an hour. By the time I have my meal it is about 11:30pm. I know this isn't the most productive time to workout but as for now I don't have a choice.
After workout along with my protein I have a combination of simple and complex carbs upto 80 gms or more. After an hour I just have chicken breasts, veggies topped with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Will working out at this time hinder my gains?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.....

What time, where, etc., etc., doesn't matter...just be CONSISTENT. This ain't rocket science, although many people treat it like it is! They can waste their time "applying the latest theoretical applications of training technique" Me,...I would rather get in there and just bust my ass, "old school" style. It's like the commercial: "just do it"

Who knows, it might be better to train late, eat and then get to bed and have all that natural GH flow through your system.....

There's really nothing to worry about if you train consistently, with intensity, and eat right. That said, I always want to have a nap about an hour after I train if I have the time for it (which is almost never). Sounds like you have it perfect with that schedule!

I actually like taking a nap before my workout, just a preference so that when I wake up, I eat a meal and head to the gym more refreshed. Whereas, if I were to hit the gym then nap, I think I wouldn't have as hard of a workout.

Even then though, I find that about an hour or so after I train, if I am not doing anything, I start to nod off into a super-comfortable nap. If only the day were just that! Wake up, eat, train, eat then sleep again. Nothing else. Ahhhhh. The life.
