Otherwise knows as "Daddy the Balloon"
Here's how you do it:
I play a game with my kids where they pretend I am a blow-up daddy doll (no jokes - we're talking about my kids here dammit!). I put them on my shoulders and walk a bit, then start to deflate (make a noise like a balloon losing air when you do it) a bit at a time. Deflating is the negative portion of the squat, but you have to do it in stops and starts - the statics partway through the negative are killer. When you get to the bottom of the rep, pretend to be fully deflated until they start blowing into the top of your head. With each blow come up further from the hole until you finish a rep, then walk a bit more and repeat. Once again, the statics coming up out of the hole are killer. Sometimes I play this game for 20-30 minutes with them. Not a trivial workout! Especially when I use my son who weighs about 65 lbs, though he's starting to be too cool for the game. My 5 year old daughter still loves it.
