For a great upper arm development, Brachialis generally remains a unsung hero. That's sad b'cos once this muscle is developed what a dramatic difference can it add in the upper arms. Focusing on brachialis training can directly add size to the upper arms. A well developed brachialis makes your entire arm look bigger. So you see how important is training the Brachialis. Apart from exercises like Hammer curls, (standing, seated, incline) Reverse curls etc there is one old school exercise which is seldom used which happens to be the zottman curl which not only works the biceps but also works the brachialis & brachioradialis . Now go em mate

I've done the Zottman curl quite a bit and I can tell you I got a few strange looks when I was doing it! I found I had to drop the poundage a bit because the eccentric part really hammers the tendons in the forearms.

Very good point cuts280, when properly developed, the brachialis literaly pushes the bicep upwards making it look bigger. Vin.
