Today i tried doing partial pullups starting from a full streth and pulling myself to where my elbows were at approximatley 90 degrees. I held this position for 1-2 seconds and then went down to a full stretch again.
I know partials are popular to do as a way to extend a set. I wanted to do these as a regular set. I could do more reps in this version then regular pullups.
I think I read where Larry Scott use to do kind of a lat shrug with close grip pullups. maybe thats where I got the idea.
Anyway, I like them and felt them in my middle to lower lats.
Anyone have any tips on doing these? Anyhting to make them more effective? Thanks
