Comes FDFS Training, the new training system from Eric Broser. I was actually fortunate enough to be a tester for this program and let me tell you, it is the best system I have ever used. I am an avid P/RR/S fan and this new method is best used in conjunction with another training method as using it longer than 3-4 weeks can lead to overtraining as it is very taxing on the CNS. There is an article detailing the system in this month's issue of Ironman, but if anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I believe many on this board will know the other testers for this program, Kyle (Hossjob) and Keith (Masterschamp). I am sure they will also agree as to the efficacy of this program.
If your training needs a shot in the arm, give FDFS training a shot and let the mass gaining begin!

Buy the November Ironman. The article is amazing. Eric's usual trademark easy read, with his great ability to be a TEACHER as well as an entertainer and most importantly, presenting NEW, INNOVATIVE ideas that FREAKING WORK! (I should know, I was a tester)

Thank you gentlemen. I appreciate the "publicity." I DO believe that this might be the most productive pure mass gaining strategy available.

Any way of getting an overview of the program here? Once this month's Iron Man is off the shelves I will be able to speak a bit more openly about it personally. However, anyone that has read the article and wants to quote some things from it...that is ok. I am paid by IM to write for them and it is not fair for me to discuss it too much while the article is current.

I'll say this about FD/FS. I used it for 7-8 weeks for chest during a STRICT contest diet. I am less than 2 weeks out and I am actually about 6 pounds lighter than last year and my chest isn't even in the same league as it was last year. It's amazing. The gains I got in 7 weeks while dieting were better than the size gains I got in my chest in the previous 24-30 months. NO LIE.

Like I said folks, this training protocol is absolutely amazing. I am actually about 10 pounds lighter than I was last year at this time, but I look so much bigger. It's amazing. Pass the word on people. Eric is really onto something here.
BTW Mo, thanks alot, I'm packing on some quality muscle I think. I've been able to do the things I've wanted to (improve) each year and that's the idea. You can't become Ronnie Coleman in one year.

Kyle was my first tester. He really proved how proficient FDFS is for bringing up stubborn bodyparts. Taylor tested it next and gained 7 lbs in 2 weeks. Others are reporting similar results.
It is torturous, but it works.

What exactly are you looking to know? As I am not affiliated with IM in any way, I can discuss the article T How about outlining the program? Not in the sense of "do this on this day X amount of reps etc..." but more along the lines of "every other week you change up your reps, increase/decrease your rest times. Then every 5 week you eat goat testicles for each meal while the following day it's nothing but fruit to cleanse your system...." ;D I'm anxious to see what Brother Eric has in store for us (and the world).
