Well guys, the program is very invasive and instense (you should love it MO - okay bad attempt at a joke haha). You really need to get the Ironman. The great thing about it is Eric has outlined SPECIFIC nutritional guidelines that will help tremendously. I can't wait to use the nutritional protocol as well. I couldn't because I was prepping. I can see how someone would gain 7 pounds in 2 weeks.

Kyle was my first tester. He really proved how proficient FDFS is for bringing up stubborn bodyparts. Taylor tested it next and gained 7 lbs in 2 weeks. Others are reporting similar results. It is torturous, but it works. Eric is right, it is very painful and yet it works great. I actually begin my second 3-week program of FDFS tomorrow morning. To anyone that would like to see an example (ie my FDFS workout), post or PM your email address and I will send it to you. I really feel that this is truly a revolutionary training method, give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. T
