I'm assuming many of you don't really think about how you breathe during exercise, as it is natural for you to exhale during contraction and inhale when not.
But what about breathing through the nose or just the mouth?
I was thinking what would be difference in getting oxygen into the body?
I was reading some article that says when "running" breath in the nose and out the mouth.

I agree with Bob. If you start putting too much thought into your breathing, your sets are going to suffer. As long as you are breathing, you are good to go.

To quote Arnold....
"Breath out with effort."
