I bend my knees on all calf exercises.
I used to keep my knees fully flexed and straight when doing any calf exercises but I thought it might cause hyperextension when I calf raise with heavy weight. However nothing led me to believe this except my imagination. I was wondering if there are any studies done to show if straight knee calf raise is dangerous or not.
