I get knee pain when ever I do leg press and squats. the problem is that I have a total hip replacement so everyhting in done in partial reps. I use high reps and I get a good pump but just dont't weant to risk going to full position.
Knee pain was never a problem when I use to be able to do full movement reps.
I do leg extensions with no problem. They may be my only choice I have. I'm still trying out different equipment then squats and the leg press.
Any sugestions how to get the most out of leg extensions? Thanks
