I have been doing DB pullovers lying lengthwise on a bench. What can i expect if I lay on a bench with hips close to the floor like most people do?
Anyone here use a barbell? is there a different feel? Thanks

I do mine lengthwise too..........can go much heavier this way,at least I can anyway.
Haven`t done crossbench pullovers in years........never really like them much.
Barbell pullovers are great for a change.
Lately I have been setting up a 45 degree incline bench in front of one side of a crossover unit pulley........short handle, big stretch backwards and pull over to the thighs....great finishing move for lats..............high reps!!

Pullovers are fantastic for adding width to your back. I do them almost every workout at the end.
Take a deep breathe at the top of the movement. Hold the breathe in as you lower the weight as far as you can while keeping arms as straight as possible. Let the breathe out on the way back up.
Be careful how heavy you go on these. They can really screw up your shoulders.

They are all very good. Pick the one you can do best. And go to town on. It.
