what do you guys think about training one body part lets say chest in the am then back in the pm would like your comments

Personally I've only routinely split cardio/fasted cardio AM and lifted evenings. I've, just a few times, done 2-a-day splits. Didn't care for it in terms of optimizing the diet and recovery. But I'm not a pro.

I believe it is better to train the same bodypart/s/ in both the A:M and P:M sessions. Just pick different exercises and different rep ranges. Morning may be better for heavier training and afteroon better for lighter-higher rep training.

what do you guys think about training one body part lets say chest in the am then back in the pm would like your comments Totally unecessessary in my opinion unless prepping for a show or your daily work schedule demands it. Tried it out in the past and got burnt out very quickly.

have to agree with Tim on this one-you can only do it for short periods of time before your body says enough. I have used it with a few of my clients but only 1 week out of every 4 every couple of months. I only use it close to a show or for 'shock' training.

thank you all for taking the time to answer my question i will be only w/o in the am. it makes alot of sense me being a natural bodybuilder i need the rest......
