Rory says "I posses a powerlifting mentality.i build My biceps by using absolutely the heaviest weights that i can.You must develop different movements and angles of pull on the muscle to continue growing.I try to stay uncoordinated."
Rory was very strong bodybuilder.At a bodyweight of around 230 pounds he was known to do dumbell curls upto 120 pounds and barbell curls anywhere from 225-10reps to 275 4-6r in semitight form.
