Just got home from getting the wife and I new cell phones, and we stopped and had taco's at Taco Bell, chased with a cafe' mocha from Starbucks. It was gooood! I did have a protein shake and oatmeal for breakfast though.

At least you ate something .I`ve been so depressed that I haven`t ate much in days.It could have been worse ,you could have had cookies and milk! ;D A little "regular" food is good once in a while in moderate quantities. It helps to keep you sane!!

Then I suggest you have some real food Tim. It could help to bring up your spirits! Have something besides chicken breast and tuna fish. As good as they are they do get boring and tedious to eat. Order up a pizza with half the normal amount of cheese and chase it down with a root beer/lite beer. Not only will it lift your spirits, but it will motivate you to go to the gym. ;D

Cookies are a weak point. I'm also very partial to my wife's pumpkin bread!!!

Yankee? I`ve been called worse! ;D I`m in a bulk phase and not really eating clean at the moment.I eat as good as possible, and if I want some type of junk I`ll eat it in moderation once in a while. It feels damn good too!!Don`t overindulge, those cookies and milk binges will haunt you guy`s! ;D

Yeah, you will have to do an extra set of cardio to burn them off. Ever notice it only takes a few minutes to eat that 500 calories worth of cookies and 30 minutes or more to burn them back off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
