this is interesting Eric-I'd be interested in reading more about this. Do you have any links to refs on Pubmed or other sites? I was reading a bunch of stuff about this. I will find the links and post them for you. Pretty interesting stuff that I never knew or realized.

WOW...........I`ve never heard of this either. I`ve stayed on a pretty high amount for quite a while at times with no problems....musta` got lucky. I`ll definately cycle it from now on just to be on the safe side.

thanks for those links Eric,most interesting! I'm a creatine non-responder and one of my nutritionist friends suggested it was because I probably had natural levels higher than the average person so did not need any extra. I also have a reasonable level of red meat intake which is naturally high in creatine as long as it isn't overcooked. Interesting on the muscle tears-I have compartment syndrome in my left calf so thats another good reason not to take it
