OK - it may not be the best bodybuilding food but it's damn good. I just tried it this morning. 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, Cooked flat in an omlett. Then about 10 thin sliced pcs of pepperoni and some fat free pizza cheese blend!
Damn tasty as the pepperoni has a strong flavor and doesn't reuire too much to make the flavor come through. I could probably cut the pep in half and still have a tasty preworkout meal.
Time to go train shoulder and arms!!!!
